Absolutely! But I would recommend starting with my 8 week intro programme 'Strong in 8'. This allows you to familiarise yourself with the exercises and build strength & confidence before joining us live!
Yes, you'll need a Kettlebell &/or a pair of dumbbells. You'll also need a mini band, (also known as a glute band) and an exercise mat.
When starting out I would advise that you invest in a Kettlebell as they are the most versatile. As for the weight, a 8-12Kg Kettlebell would work for most people to begin with.
The Live classes are hosted on Zoom. Once you sign up you'll be given the log in code as well as access to the On Demand Library.
What times are the classes?
Live classes are at 6:30am Monday to Friday, with an additional class at 7:30am on Mondays & Fridays. The full timetable can be found on my instagram.
What if I'm not a morning person, can I do the classes another time?
Of course! Every class is recorded and available in the On Demand Workout Library.
